In my spare time, I enjoy writing, and my first book will hit the shelves in late 2025. In Working with Dinosaurs, I aim to show other executives how to disrupt outdated systems and mindsets and embrace new tech worlds like cloud computing and AI so they can become the next generation of leaders in digital and tech transformation.

Ditching the dinosaurs means more than switching out old software and skills. It means re-envisioning an organization's structure, creatively changing roles, capabilities, and culture, and inspiring teams to move forward.

But none of this is easy, and I hope that my book helps executives around the world achieve success with digital and tech transformations.
